Crazy things happen on a farm.......
Every morning and every evening these 4 heifers would come and bellar for their apples. My DH would pick a bucket or 2 off the ground for them and they LOVED them. You can see one of them bellaring in this picture. That's the noisy impatient one. Sometimes my daughter and husband would try to hit the electric pole just out of view here and "throw" them to the cows. Sometimes the cows got hit but they didn't mind to bad. Happy Harvest everyone.

Here's what I was doing this fourth of July weekend. Cheering on my DD Gretchen.
sunburn, chapped lips, bleacher*&^%$#*, drinking 10 gallons of water, watching them win and earn the state runner-up trophy=priceless
We are so very proud of her and the credit all goes to Jesus who gave her the talent and opportunity to play with these great girls. CONGRATULATIONS to all of them. They went 5-2 over the weekend I hope you enjoy the photos.
(yes the girl in the background is playing with a cast on her arm covered with a slidding pad on taped around her cast)
Now maybe I'll have a little bit more time to post and get some stampin time in.

hope you "enjoy" another card....
Here's another graduation card using the enjoy SU set. I folded it gate style and on the right hand side made scores with the scor-pal and stamped the word sentiments in the valleys. The left side has DP paper with the enjoy word going vertically up the card.
Thanks for looking and your continued inspiration on your blogs. Now go outside and get some fresh air during this beautiful spring day.

This is another variation on the last post. The first one I made just playing around one night. My dd was home from college and saw it so asked me to make one for her. She had a wedding coming up. We made a deal, she arranged the flowers and I did the rest. It was her idea to add the black "tux" behind the bride to look like the groom is standing behind her. I liked the contrast between a wedding card and a shower card. I thought it would be fun to make more variations on it using sports uniforms, sundresses, graduation gown, etc. I made 2 others since but didn't take pics. They were sure well liked. the idea and initial pattern came from Janine Tinklenberg. I'm to green at this to figure out how to add a link to her sight but it's called stampspaperscissors.typepad. More specifics, I used the friendship blooms SAB set, made 1/8" scores and bent them to look like pleats on the waistband. Thanks for stopping by.
